Emporium Hotel South Bank hosted a glamorous set of Brisbane identities to a Ladies Lunch at the newly reopened The Terrace to preview the new spring menu from recently appointed Head Chef Benny Lam.  Guests enjoyed Smoky Bay Pacific oysters, Sichuan style grilled Coral Coast barramundi, Master Stock wagyu brisket with papaya salad and for dessert, jasmine tea panna cotta with raspberry sorbet, jasmine tea crumble and lime.  They sipped on champagne whilst admiring the 180 degree views of Brisbane city and the river.
