Active & Healthy Tai Chi

Tai chi is a healing martial art combining many movements with Qi (energy) circulation, breathing and stretching techniques. Senior Master Rod Ferguson will guide you through a series of movements to help promote harmony, improve mobility, suppleness, and mental alertness. Tai Chi is on every Wednesday morning at 10:30 at HOTA.
