Bernstein at 100 is the world-wide celebration of the 100th birthday of Leonard Bernstein, the superstar composer, conductor, educator, musician, cultural ambassador and humanitarian. Music Director of Queensland Symphony Orchestra, Alondra de la Parra, has chosen to mark this event by performing four of Bernstein’s most wonderful works at QPAC‘s Concert Hall: Symphonic Suite from On the Waterfront; Chichester Psalms; The Age of Anxiety; and Symphonic Dances from West Side Story.
