Botanic Gardens Open Day at Mt Coot-tha

Botanic Gardens is celebrating the community’s passion for people and plants. Come along and enjoy a variety of activities including “ask a gardener” drop in sessions, learn more about composting and worm farming and growing sustainable food options at our Kitchen Garden or how to attract pollinators to your home garden. This day is celebrated annually at Botanic Gardens and arboreta across Australia and New Zealand, and is the opportunity for visitors to come and experience a behind-the-scenes look at the Botanic Gardens.
