Boucher’s Bastille Day

In celebration of this year’s Bastille Day, Boucher, a French bistro in Graceville will be hosting lunch and dinner. An exquisite 7 course ‘black truffle’ degustation menu will be served, and optional accompanying wines. The Amuse Bouche comes first, Black truffle & duck consommé, with a glass of Pierrick Laroche, Petit Chablis. Then comes the seared ocean trout for the 1st entrée with potato dauphinoise, paired with Sauvignon Blanc, Haut Marin. The 2nd Entrée entails roast quail with boudin noir & hazelnut stuffing, black truffle risotto, and the Saint Damian, Cotes du Rhone. And for the main, Roast eye fillet of beef is served, with braised oxtails, roast mushroom, glazed dutch carrots, and truffled creamed potato, paired a glass of Château de Janicon. After some Grilled comte on french toast, comes chocolate éclairs with orange ice cream, served with the classic “Night in Paris” cocktail.
