Home of the Arts (HOTA) and ABC present Classic Flow Live: Yoga by the Lake. Participants will be able to enjoy a blissed-out combination of vinyasa and live music performed by ABC’s podcast Classic Flow, amidst the tropical parklands at HOTA’s riverside. Yoga instructor Lara Zilibowitz will lead participants through the sequences with the classical music concert performed live around them, enhancing the experience of yogis of all levels.
