Food and Wine Masterclass

Following the success of their first event “Look, Learn, Wine & Dine” August masterclass, Madame Rouge Bar + Bistro are hosting the second of their monthly series of food and wine masterclasses. Guests will learn how to prepare restaurant quality food when at home with the guidance of Philip Johnson and the head chef Gert Pretorius. Enjoy amazing food and wine; relish the tastes, textures, and aromas of simple sophisticated cuisine that’s been harmoniously matched with wine.
