Comedy, cowgirls and country music come to Gold Coast Little Theatre stage with Long Gone Lonesome Cowgirls by Philip Dean. Directed by Michelle Watkins, this ‘play-with-music’ is set in far outback Queensland in the ’60s, as an unlikely friendship forms between two women of wildly different temperaments. This is a strong piece of theatre from a talented team with plenty of laughs and heartfelt moments.
