MasterChef runner up, Sunshine Coast local and part-owner of a popular Sunshine Beach restaurant, Matt Sinclair is the Hot 91 Ignite Chilli Festival’s 2018 celebrity chef. Organised by the Caloundra Chamber of Commerce, this year’s Chilli Festival will oversee the most successful of MasterChef alumni himself at the event. One of the largest chilli festivals in Queensland, the Hot 91 Ignite Chilli Festival aims to become the largest in Australia. Expect to be ready for some hot fun with cooking demonstrations, chilli-eating competitions, food stalls and entertainment at the event.
