The Fortitude Valley hotspot, will be offering five course meals and a premium beverage package, including champagne, premium red and white wine, beer, and soft drinks, from 12-3pm on race day (7th of November).
For $189 per person, this exceptional dining experience promises a sophisticated, exciting French atmosphere. The menu, carefully curated by head chef Gert Pretorius, includes canapes to start, bresaola, duck liver parfait, scallops with compte sauce and soft herb salad, crispy skin pork belly with endive, pickled fennel and rocket, choux craquelin, crunchy pastry puffs with chestnut, and tonka bean ice-cream with dark chocolate.
