MELT Festival, Brisbane’s biggest celebration of equality, diversity and LGBTIQ+ culture, is returning to the Brisbane Powerhouse. A glitzy festival of all things queer, MELT promises an unforgettable line-up of more than 20 productions and events across 11 nights of revelry. The celebrations kick off on the same day as International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia (IDAHOT) and this year’s festival promises to be the most celebratory yet following the overwhelming yes vote for marriage equality.
