Rise Early Learning Surfers Paradise is hosting a Mindful Parenting Workshop featuring one of the leading mindfulness-based cognitive behavioural therapists, Amber Hawken. Aiming to address the foundations of inner connection, emotional intelligence, and purposeful living by teaching mindfulness, meditation and self-awareness, the workshop has been created especially for parents and will take place at the Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre. Utilising scientifically backed studies and techniques, Hawken will introduce parents to the basics of mindfulness with the aim of empowering them to face the hustle of the world of a parent with calm and presence.
