Act For Kids Gala Ball

Act for Kids is commemorating 30 years of tirelessly working to prevent and treat child abuse and neglect and have upped the ante on their annual Gala Ball to celebrate. In 30 years, the Brisbane-born charity has established 24 centres across Australia to provide free intensive therapy and support to those who need it most, last year alone helping over 34,000 kids and families. Act for Kids CEO Dr Neil Carrington said the Act for Kids Gala Balls have always been a vital source of income. The event, held on the 19th of May, is double the size of their usual gala dinners and a ‘Once Upon A Time’ theme promises guests a magical night they’ll never forget.
