The inaugural major food and wine event, Sparking Sydney, will be a celebration of flavour, sustainability, and ethical produce. The festival will be held overlooking Sydney’s harbor. Sparkling Sydney celebrates the very best in bubbles, from Sparkling Cuvee, Malbec, Shiraz, Pinot Chardonnay, Moscato, Zibibbo,Prosecco and Cava to name a few. Each beverage, produce or gourmet food, is carefully curated to tie into the central theme of sparkling. The event will showcase more than 60 sparkling wines from both local and international wineries.
