Join Stanley for an exclusive Stefano Lubiana wine dinner. Featuring their minimal intervention Tasmanian wines including a taste of their cellar release Sasso Pinot Noir, you’ll be guided through the evening by Stefano Lubiana himself alongside Stanley’s Head Sommelier Alex Gale. Hosted in the upstairs dining room, you’ll be treated to a four-course banquet of Stanley signature dishes curated by Head Chef Louis Tikaram whilst experiencing a matching selection of Stefano Lubiana wines – each with unique and distinctive characters derived from their traditional and environmentally sensitive principals.
