The 64th Sydney Film Festival will be bringing the world’s best new films to town for 12 days and nights of inspiring and entertaining premieres, talks, parties, international director and actor guests and more.
Sydney Film Festival Director, Nashen Moodley says, “2017 promises to be another spectacular year for Sydney Film Festival. Audiences will immerse themselves in 12 days of film, both world class features and stunning documentaries from the four corners of the globe and plucked from the most prestigious film festivals on the international circuit including Cannes, Sundance and Berlinale.”
More than 250 international films will be screened alongside a public program of free ticketed talks and parties, focused on enriching the Festival experience.
The Festival takes place across Greater Sydney: at the State Theatre, Event Cinemas George Street, Dendy Opera Quays, Dendy Newtown, Skyline Drive-In Blacktown, Art Gallery of NSW, Hayden Orpheum Picture Palace Cremorne, Casula Powerhouse, the Festival Hub at Sydney Town Hall and SFF Outdoor Screen in Pitt Street Mall.
