The Paul McKenna Band are a five-piece folk music band from Glasgow. This May, the band will embark on a 13 date tour of Australia across Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales and ACT culminating in a series of shows at this year’s National Celtic Festival in Portarlington.
The band have built a solid international reputation for their outstanding live performances and carefully crafted studio albums. The Paul McKenna Band celebrated their 10th year with a typically intensive touring schedule and their fourth album Paths That Wind in 2016. Their sound has carried to every major Canadian folk festival from Vancouver to Nova Scotia in 2017 andthe band is also alumni at some of the world’s finest festivals including Woodford Folk Festival, Tonder Folk Festival and Cambridge Folk Fest.
