Variety of Chefs

$250Four of Queensland’s best Chefs are once again teaming up to raise money for children’s charity, Variety by hosting a formal fine dining gala. Each chef will prepare their own course, with four dishes being served up in total, set to make the evening an elegant and unforgettable dining experience. Variety is a charity which aims to provide financial support for families with children who are in need of but cannot afford things like wheelchairs, specialist equipment, therapy, and medical supplies.
Nick Holloway, Cameron Matthews,Richard Ousby and Ben Williamson are the four acclaimed chefs whose food creations will feature on the gala’s menu. The event will be held on the 29th of July at the Royal International Convention Centre. Tickets can be purchased here.
