Brisbane’s latest luxury apartment development, Felicity on Felix is now complete. Located in Lutwyche in Brisbane’s inner north, the building comprises 36 apartments and is the latest development by boutique firm Sanchi Development.
The Buchan Group was appointed to architecturally design the five storey development, which features one to three bedroom apartments and retail space on the building’s ground floor. Buchan Group Brisbane Director Gerry Holmes said Buchan’s brief was to produce a quality apartment complex aimed at both investors and owner-occupiers. “A striking north-facing exterior with integrated landscaping gives a modern yet welcoming feel, while open atriums with overhanging gardens create ideal areas to socialise,” Mr Holmes said. “The building’s courtyard features an extensive outdoor barbecue area with an open air roof laced with overhanging greenery. This internal courtyard is designed to create interaction among the building’s occupants.”
