Harry’s Steak Bistro and Bar at Burleigh Heads has updated its trading hours and menu for the summer season.

Harry’s is best known for its steak and chips, but its new menu additions focus on fresh salads with fruit and bold summertime flavours.

New dishes include crumbed chicken burgers with sriracha honey mayo, and chargrilled peach with goat’s cheese, walnut, sorrel, rocket, kale, and herb salad.

There is also seared beef and green papaya salad, and crispy fried calamari with fragrant salad.

The bistro also offers a tempting range of small bites to share among friends.

To complement all these tasty delights, the bar showcases over 30 wines to pair with your meal and a hearty selection of Australia’s best beers including, Stone & Wood, Little Creatures and James Squire.

With all of these tantalising goodies to sample, Harry’s has extended their trading hours to open seven days a week.

The bistro will now open from Monday to Thursday from 5pm until late, and from Friday to Sunday 12pm until late.

Harry’s famous steaks are located on the Gold Coast Highway, a street back from Burleigh Beach.
