Long regarded as one of Brisbane’s outstanding Italian restaurants, Il Centro has launched its spring menu, located in the heart of Brisbane’s waterfront dining precinct Eagle Street Pier.
Come this spring, diners can put their faith – and their stomachs – in the hands of Il Centro Head Chef Venada Dana who aims to astound with a new spring menu revolving around the freshest produce. From entrees of fresh crab and avocado salad, topped with a tomato gazpacho, to mains such as the parmesan crumbed veal scaloppine with fettuccine carbonara, crispy prosciutto and sauteed spinach, there is bound to be a dish for all palates. For those who are gluten free or vegetarian, fret not. Il Centro also offers a separate vegetarian menu and some substitutes may be made to accommodate gluten free preferences.
The multi-award-winning restaurant enjoys sweeping views of the Brisbane River and Story Bridge, and since 1992 has provided guests with a fine balance of casual yet elegant al fresco and indoor dining with a modern Italian flavour. With an innovative menu and superb location, they have built a reputation as a popular rendezvous for Brisbane’s business community, local residents and visitors alike.
Lunch will be served every Sunday to Friday from 12 noon and dinner will be served every night from 5.30pm to 10pm.
