A brand new summer menu has dropped at Industry Beans, and the team is confident you will want to try one of everything.
While Brisbane might be warm all year-round, Melbourne-born specialty coffee roasters, Industry Beans, is helping connoisseurs keep their cool, dropping a brand new summer menu. As the days grow longer, so should those holiday catch-ups, with the brunch and lunch menu now available all day long at the architecturally designed warehouse conversion, right in the heart of Newstead on Proe Street.
Proud of their creativity, Industry Beans utilises interesting combinations to achieve delicious everyday and occasional dishes and thus has built a reputation for its food as much as the coffee. Industry Beans’ coffee bar offers their award-winning drops for espresso and filter drinkers, as well as juices, teas, and coffee-infused beverages, plus their new summer must-try Bubble Coffee flavour, Pandan (a cold brew on soy or oat milks with coffee-soaked tapioca pearls!)
This season, Industry Bean’s unique and innovative All-Day Brunch & Lunch Menu brings together years of development across the brand, into one premium, elegant offering. The creativity behind the menu is led by co-founder Trevor Simmons working closely with Melbourne born and bred Chef, Jack Hawkins.
“This summer, we really wanted to take it to the next level in Newstead, to show people what we can do in the lunch space. We designed Newstead to be many things in one – a place to enjoy a delicious café brunch, a restaurant-style lunch, an incredible range of coffees, and of course an absolutely delicious espresso martini,” said Simmons. “We’re here to make Newstead the genuine all-day destination it was always supposed to be, and we can’t wait to see our Brisbane community enjoying it all!”
