Kokum, a new dining and bar experience created by Michelin-starred Chef Manjunath Mural and Saffron’s Sridhar, was opened on Thursday 22 November. More than 250 guests from the corporate, entertainment and hospitality industries who enjoyed specially designed spice infused cocktails and canapes. Heralding a new chapter for Gold Coast dining and located at Palazzo Versace, the venue will be open for lunch and dinner seven days a week with a restaurant, destination bar and outdoor dining overlooking the marina.
