The Oracle’s The Bavarian has unveiled its new menu, celebrating with a Loaded Schnitzel Competition. Bavarians could win a $2000 cash prize when they demolish a schnitzel of their choice, with a stein of their favourite beer before Sunday 31 March.
The new menu is laden with decadent golden crumbed chicken schnitzels loaded with toppings ranging from saucy spaghetti with juicy meatballs to loaded fries doused in barbecue sauce, ranch dressing and jalapenos. There is The Texan, laden with fries, mozzarella cheese and more, or The Caesar Schnitzel piled high with cos lettuce, smoked bacon, parmesan cheese, caesar dressing and pretzel croutons. There is also The Italian, smothered in melted mozzarella cheese, Napoli sauce, pepperoni, olives and basil.
The Bavarian is located at 5 Oracle Boulevard in Broadbeach. The new loaded schnitzel menu is available at all The Bavarian restaurants, as well as Munich Brauhaus and The Bavarian Beerhaus.
