Last week, Bacchus Restaurant in South Bank held five nights of superb dining experiences, hosted by the famed Chef Massimiliano Mascia from the 2-Michelin-starred Ristorante San Domenico in Imola, northern Italy. It was the Australian debut for Chef Mascia, exclusively at Bacchus, and it was also a special reunion with Bacchus Head Chef Speroni, as Speroni also worked at Ristorante San Domenico under his mentor, and Mascia’s uncle, Chef Valentino Marcattilli.
