My Private Chef has launched its new menus which offers a diverse range of menus, cuisines and packages to areas from the Gold Coast to Byron Bay and Brisbane. The new experiences will be an exciting addition to the food lover’s scene. The team of professional chefs incorporate traditional and modern cooking techniques into their menus including vibrant Asian dishes, locally-sourced seafood, modern Australian and Mediterranean cuisine.

Founded in 2016 by chef Craig Johnson and his wife Lucy Johnston, My Private Chef offers a service that brings high-end service of a fine dining restaurant into your own home or event space. Every experience includes a full service from start to finish, covering front of house, design, table décor, to the kitchen set up, all required staff, skills and equipment. Services range from in-home dinner parties, canapés and cocktail parties, corporate catering, boutique weddings and yacht catering.

With a strong focus on quality, the My Private Chef team is passionate about the food they create. Johnson said, “We invite our guests to join us on a culinary journey to experience a new style of dining. Our menus, and most importantly the flavours, have been inspired by our own culinary experiences travelling and working around the world. Each dish showcases how fortunate we are in Australia and Queensland to be able to source fresh, local and sustainable produce.”
