No.1 Grant Avenue at Hope Island is more than 70 per cent sold after a busy Christmas and New Year period. Upon completion, the $140 million waterfront apartment project will comprise of 210 apartments with a luxurious twist that will bring all the trappings of a waterfront luxury resort for residents to enjoy.

No. 1 Grant Avenue, which accounted for 20 per cent of all Gold Coast apartment sales in the September quarter, was only launched to the market in mid-August and is already under construction.  Aniko Group founder George Mastrocostas said right from the beginning it had been Aniko Group’s intention to provide a quality residential community that lives up to our buyer’s lifestyle needs without the exorbitant price tag.

Construction on the first stage of the 210-apartment project is underway and expected to be complete mid-year. Aniko Group sales and marketing director, Peter Malady said No. 1 Grant Avenue was attracting interest from a large cross-section of the market including downsizers and first homebuyers. “As the project comes to life, we’re fielding more interest from the market with downsizers, owner-occupiers and investors all drawn to the value for money and great lifestyle on offer here,” Mr Malady said.

Once completed, the property will boast a residents’ lounge, expansive pool with sundecks, a fully equipped gym overlooking a children’s indoor play area, zen garden, private media room, barbecue facilities, a pet wash bay, secure basement parking and bridge free access to the Broadwater and the seaway.
