Oche Fortitude Valley officially opened it’s doors on Friday November 6 with 250 guests invited to put down their phones and play uber modern darts, fuelled by menus crafted from local produce by chef consultant and former Head Chef of Gerard’s Bistro, the acclaimed food whisperer Ben Williamson. Cocktails paying tribute to Brisbane sit alongside a considerable premium gin and wine list, and were enjoyed by all, all within the spectacular heritage listed brick walls of the Old Mill on Constance Street in the Valley.
