High profile Brisbanites, cancer advocates and philanthropists came together for a night of glamour and fundraising at the Queensland launch of Girls’ Night In on Friday, August 2. Presented by Sofitel Brisbane Central and hosted by Lady Mayoress of Brisbane Nina Schrinner. The launch event aimed to raise funds and awareness for Cancer Council’s work in women’s cancers. The event included live entertainment, raffles, themed décor, and a canape menu designed to immerse attendees in the French way. There were also speeches by the Lady Mayoress, General Manager of Sofitel Brisbane Central Hayden Hughes and Cancer Council Queensland CEO Chris McMillan. Registrations are now open for Cancer Council’s Girls’ Night In fundraising campaign.
