The cocktail combines lime juice with raw, cold pressed sugarcane and lemon myrtle. It is shaken with two high quality rums: Appleton Estate Signature Blend and 12 year old, served over ice.
Appleton Estate Raw
Ingredients
- 30ml Appleton Estates Signature Blend
- 15ml Appleton Estates 12y Reserve Blend
- 25ml fresh lime juice
- 45 to 60ml freshly pressed sugar cane juice (depending on sweetness)
- 4 to 6 leaves of bruised/muddles fresh lemon myrtle leaves
Method
- Shake hard with ice and fine strain over large block of ice or good quality rocks
- Garnish with a few leaves of fresh lemon myrtle and a spray of wray and nephew lemon myrtle tincture
