Caramel Banana Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Medjool dates, pitted
- 4 bananas, frozen
- 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1 tbsp. coconut water
- 1 tbsp. coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Garnish Ideas
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup or 2 tbsp, caramel sauce
- 2 tbsp. crushed almonds
Method
- 1. 1. Place all ingredients in your food processor and combine until smooth
- 2. 2. Place mixture in an airtight container and freeze for at least four hours, or overnight.
- 3. 3. Before serving allow up to 5 minutes to defrost a little before garnishing with sliced bananas and maple syrup.
