After months of speculation, the space once held by Aria restaurant has officially reopened as Latin fusion bar, Rico Bar and Dining. With an unbeatable view of the Brisbane river, guests were invited to celebrate the launch of Rico over a glass of bubbly and a slew of delicious dishes ranging from mixed Tropical Ceviche, Gaspacho Caviar, and Ensalada De Pato.
