Brisbane waterfront restaurant Riverbar & Kitchen is hosting its Spring Festival botanical spirits pop up for the month of October, showcasing a delightful mix of refreshing gin cocktails.
The restaurant has partnered with gin favourite Bombay Sapphire to bring festivities to the Eagle Street Pier venue, including endless cocktails, a gin masterclass, live entertainment and a new seasonal spring menu at its pop up kitchen which will be open for one week from Monday 15 to Wednesday 24 October.
The Bombay Sapphire Gin Masterclass will teach gin-lovers the art of creating a perfect G&T, taking place on Saturday 20 October from 3pm to 5pm. Starting the masterclass with a G&T on arrival whilst nibbling on roving canape?s, a mixologist will instruct attendees how to perfect a martini with Star of Bombay, followed by how to make the beloved Punch Bowl.
Every Sunday in October, diners at the newly refreshed Riverbar & Kitchen can expect to enjoy gin oysters and live music, creating the perfect place to relax, socialise and enjoy the warmer spring days, taking in sweeping views of the Brisbane River and Storey Bridge, with daily spritz and seafood specials for guests to enjoy.
Riverbar & Kitchen is ideally located for a variety of events, from after work drinks to late-night celebrations with friends. Riverbar & Kitchen is open Monday to Sunday 7am to midnight, and 8am to 10pm on public holidays.
