Sofitel Brisbane Central hosted an evening in conversation with fashion illustrator Kerrie Hess. The event was hosted by Channel 7’s Kendall Gilding to celebrate the launch of there new 18m LED screen in Ballroom Le Grand. Guests enjoyed an insight into the refreshed brand direction for Sofitel Worldwide before a stunning exhibition of Kerrie’s work. The Moet Imperial flowed freely and a quintessentially French menu of oysters, caviar, truffles, cheeses and breads, capped off with French desserts by QHA Chef of the Year Joel Helot, was devoured by all attendees.
