New four day food festival Curated Plate was held from 8 to 11 August on the Sunshine Coast. Celebrating the chef and the producer, the festival brougt together the region’s finest produce with the best chefs in the Australian and international dining scene. The Curated Plate had an exciting program bursting with exclusive culinary events that spanned the region, bringing to life the unique local artisan culture.
