Hilton Surfers Paradise dished up a winning trifecta lunch in celebration of the Melbourne Cup on Tuesday 6 November. Held at the hotel’s signature restaurant Catch, guests were treated to a fresh oyster bar and an Old Fashioned Whiskey. The main course included a chargrilled wagyu strip-loin, paired with dukkah carrots and asparagus and coated in a pepper jus. To finish, guests indulged in a Willow Creek double brie, fig, orange and tarragon cigar. Both courses were accompanied by select whisky varieties.
