Campos Long Island officially opened its Newstead doors to more than 400 guests on Wednesday 8 August. Owners Eugene Phua and John Ronchi spoilt their guests with Moet, Pimms, Asahi and Chandon S Spritz on arrival, and serving the kitchen’s signature Long Island Ice Tea alongside Espresso Martinis while Sydney DJ Alice Quiddington entertained the crowd. The cafe is situated on the ground level of the Newstead Lucent apartments.
