One of Australia’s only champagne festivals, Effervescence is back for its third year. Specials guests joined Director Amanda Reboul and Effervescence Chef Ambassador Bruno Loubet for a three-course truffle and champagne lunch to be the first to hear what is new at this year’s festival.
