Jason Wang of famed Yum Cha dining spot Golden Lane is opening new juice bar 5 Degrees, the first of its kind for Sunnybank.
Wang wanted to have a new healthy take on bubble tea and milk tea, keeping the same authentic flavours but instead substituting the non-dairy powdered creamer for something more natural. He also wishes to omit the flavoured syrups and sweetener used at other bubble tea shops for something healthier, tastier and more organic.
Fresh, sustainable ingredients are delivered daily and options include fresh fruit smoothies, freshly made juices as well as juice frappes. The unique menu includes delicious combinations all tried and tested by owner Jason Wang, including the Avocado Pudding Milk, Grace’s Green Juice, Mango Milk, Waterlemon Juice and Green Bean Milk.
Sunday 2 June at Sunnybank Plaza, former Miss World Australia contestant Tess Alexander will be hosting the grand opening of 5 Degrees, with $3 juices and a giveaway of $120,000 for those who buy a juice and enter instore.
