8 Street Surfers Paradise has announced the first five tenants set to open at the Gold Coast’s new Asian dining precinct. Ramen Danbo and Sharetea have opened their doors, while Touch of India, Dumpling Mama and Ace Thai will welcome diners from next month.

Cavill Lane promises 30 Asian food vendors lines alongside Cavill Lane, promising authentic Oriental and subcontinental experiences. Cavill Lane spokesperson Harold Kopelowitz said the announcement comes as excitement peaks for the official opening of 8 Street. “We are elated to announce the first tenants for 8 Street,” said Mr Kopelowitz. “The variety of cuisine provided by the first tenants gives diners an insight into the culinary and sensory journey 8 Street Surfers Paradise will provide. Only the very best vendors have been successful in securing places as tenants and as a result, diners will have the opportunity to experience the very best Asian cuisine in Surfers Paradise.”

Renowned Ramen Danbo plans to bring traditional tonkotsu ramen to the precinct, while Touch of India will provide Indian street food reminiscent of Southern and Northern India, alongside fresh Naan bread and a selection of sweets. Sharetea will deliver freshly made beverages, while Ace Thai will serve modern Thai cuisine. Dumplings Mama plans to offer a variety of dumplings and congee. These eateries will be joining existing tenants such as Yum Cha Noodle Haus, Sushi Ave, Korean Kitchen, Rice V Noodle and Sky Restaurant.

8 Street Surfers Paradise will be open until late and beckon patrons to sample various cuisines from China, Vietnam, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, India and more. 8 Street is located at Cavill Lane, 3113 Surfers Paradise Blvd, Surfers paradise.
