One in a Melon Mocktail

Escape the summer heat with a refreshing mocktail made with Australia’s Edenvale Wines alcohol-removed wine.

Ingredients

  • 4 bottles of Edenvale Rosé
  • ½ bottle of elderflower cordial
  • 2 honeydew melon, diced
  • ½ watermelon, diced
  • Ice

Method

  1. Blend half the watermelon and honeydew melon together with the elderflower cordial until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into dispenser and empty Edenvale Rosé bottles in.
  3. Add remaining fruit and ice to the dispenser before serving.
