Due to South East Queensland’s recent eight-day lockdown and the ongoing uncertainty of the COVID-19 situation and restrictions, Brisbane Arcade Spring Flower Show 2021 has been postponed until October. The flower show and associated fashion runway show and cocktail party which was due to open on 4th September.

Brisbane Arcade Spring Flower Show was established in 2014 and has a changing theme each year. It is presented annually at Brisbane Arcade, which is the oldest and grandest shopping arcade in Brisbane, to celebrate the arrival of spring. Past themes have included Jewel in the Crown (2019), Spring Fair (2018), Spring Jungle (2017), The Enchanted Forest (2016), Spring Forest (2015) and Colour My Senses (2014).

Brisbane Arcade Marketing Manager Andra Bite remains very hopeful of announcing new dates for October in coming weeks. Therefore, the Spring Flower Show can be delivered as the Arcade’s gift to the community in the wake of the devastation of the Covid pandemic. “By postponing until October, pending the evolving Covid situation, we feel we are giving Brisbane Arcade and the wider community the best possible chance to experience this year’s Spring Flower Show and stage our acclaimed spring fashion runway show and cocktail party,” she said.

For participants who have purchased tickets to the Spring Flower Show, tickets can either be held until new date is announced for October or refunded through TryBooking (less book fee) on request. Please noted that refunds through TryBooking can take up to 10 days to process.
