When it comes to coastline vistas and sun drenched beaches, Queensland has no match. From far and wide, the lure of the blue fringed South East draws the attention of many individuals ready to  immerse themselves in timeless relaxation and indulgence. Outdoor adventure company Oz Trail have picked its top beach-side locations to relax and recharge for the week ahead.

Off the coast of Mission Beach, Bedarra Island is the perfect location to find solace, offering nine luxury villas. The island holds a rainforest centre and is the perfect backdrop for beach picnics and barbecues. Oz Trail recommends bringing along an outback cooker and picnic rug, to head down to the beach for a relaxing picnic dinner.

Eumarella Shores is in the heart of Noosa. Encircled by Lake Weyba, Eumarella offers opportunities like in house massages, hiking and kayaking. If given the chance, exploring Noosa’s Everglades is a must, making the most of the water by bringing along a kayak to glide along the lake, spotting secret nooks and unearth untouched beaches. A 75 minute ferry ride off the coast of Brisbane is Tangalooma Island Resort, located on Moreton Island.

There is a lot to experience, from sand dune tobogganing, desert safaris and quad biking, to snorkelling or kayaking the Tangalooma wrecks, but it is important to pack for a full day of activities at Tangalooma, ensuring necessities like water, food and sunscreen are covered. Within Coolangatta on the coastline of Kirra Beach is a hotel called Nirvana by the Sea, boasting breathtaking, panoramic views and metres from delicious eateries. Kirra Beach is known for its incredible surf, but watching from the sand is just as entertaining, and made more comfortable by packing beach chairs.
