A taste of France is coming to the Gold Coast with La Provence Café and Eatery set to open its doors at Marina Mirage next week. The boutique Gold Coast waterfront dining, shopping, and lifestyle destination will add the French inspired café to its existing offering of fine dining restaurants and café.
A tempting menu full of fresh food made to order and created onsite will be on offer, as well as an all day breakfast menu, baked treats, and barista made Campos coffee. Locals and visitors will be able to indulge in sweet crepes and savoury galettes served with an array of fillings. La Provence owner Marina Panaviaris has over 30 years experience running restaurants and café and is thrilled to be sharing the French inspired fare. “At La Provence we place an emphasis on fresh, clean, made to order food that is affordable,” said Ms Panaviaris.
“Almost all meals are priced under $20 plus we have daily specials including our delicious roast sandwich, available for just $10 providing excellent lunchtime value,” she said, “I believe Marina Mirage’s diverse clientele will enjoy and appreciate the French influence our two chefs and pastry chef will infuse into our cuisine. ”The café will provide plenty of nutrient rich options for health conscious patrons, including fresh fruit and vegetable juices, smoothies and delicious acai bowls.
Marina Mirage Marketing Manager Chelsea Steber says the addition of La Provence Café and Eatery adds to the unique offering of the centre’s existing cafés. “Marina Mirage is thrilled to welcome La Provence Café and Eatery to our offering of quality dining options,” said Ms Steber. “The French are renowned for elevating their cuisine to an art form and we are excited to offer a taste of this finesse at Marina Mirage in this new café. ”The perfect resting place for shoppers to refuel, the eatery will be open seven days a week.
