Aimee Provence High Tea Parlour in Buderim is the creation of Aimee Russell, an Entrepreneur who applied her interior design skills and passion for wholesome cooking to create a venue for all to enjoy.
Russell was born in the English countryside of Sandridge, Hertfordshire, and the the High Tea Parlour reflects its owners childhood memories of the sweet smell of fresh tea, homemade cakes, jam and scones. The venue sits on the Buderim mountain top, with views across the Sunshine Coast, and floor to ceiling windows allowing visitors to watch the world go by and enjoy the views over the ocean. Aimee Provence caters for every occasion, from bridal showers and birthdays, to causal meet ups with friends, offering guests the experience of a traditional British High Tea in the midst of the Sunshine Coast.
The goal of Aimee Provence is to incite the senses with feelings of nostalgia from a bygone era, where etiquette and grace were the norm in even the most casual settings. Family is a driving force behind Aimee Provence, with inspiration from her artistic father and the exceptional culinary heritage and skill of her mother. Her motivation is guided by the memories of her grandparents’ catch ups across the strawberry field from her childhood home. The licensed High Tea Parlour has a range of scones baked everyday including plain, fruit, and date scones for added variety and served with petite sweets, delicious cakes, and flavoursome savouries.
