More than 200 guests celebrated the official launch of AUDIO HQ on Wednesay 17 July, the country’s most advanced radio super studios and the new home of Brisbane’s HIT105 and Triple M. Brisbane’s homegrown supergroup The Veronicas were the surprise entertainment after Triple M’s Nick Cody, of The Big Breakfast show, opened the evening is his inimitable style. Brisbane’s HIT105 and Triple M moved into their new custom-designed headquarters AUDIO HQ after more than 12 months of planning. SCA Brisbane, parent to the two stations which collectively command one million listeners in Brisbane every week, celebrated the relocation in style. It was one of the biggest and most technical relocations in radio history in Australia – with no break in transmission.
