This year, ‘Blush’ by Effervescence brought together the best of Effervescence to showcase the diversity of rosé champagne. The afternoon kicked off with a four course long table truffle lunch matched with 9 different rosé champagnes. TV presenter, chef, and bon viveur Alastair McLeod catered an indulgent four-course lunch in a marquee in the garden of the historic Hanworth House (which this year celebrates its 155th birthday). Throughout the afternoon there were two champagne masterclasses, with a vertical tasting of six 1996 champagnes, as well as a champagne cooking class hosted by Fleur Sharpe from Cook, Live, Love.
