A buzzing CBD beer garden has been transformed into a blooming floral hideaway at Riverbar and Kitchen’s Bramble in Bloom. With a unique snack and cocktail menu there are plenty of photo opportunities amongst the bright colours of this creative spring décor.
Launched on Wednesday, October 14 and running until Sunday, November 29, Bramble in Bloom celebrates a deliciously creative spirit, including A British Fizz (Bombay Bramble, St Germain elderflower, lime juice, soda and blueberries), Twentieth Centuberry (Bombay Bramble, Lillet Blanc, Cartron white cacao liqueur and lemon juice), and crimson jugs of bramble cocktails perfect for afternoon sessions in the springtime sunshine!
Aside from these seasonal sips on offer for the activation, nibbles including beetroot-cured salmon with cream cheese and blueberries, and buffalo curd with crispy chickpeas, dukkha and flatbread will supplement Riverbar’s usual menu of nibbles, share plates, and larger meals.
“We are so excited to see our fantastic seasonal activations return to Riverbar after such a challenging period,” says Riverbar and Kitchen General Manager, Wesley Smith. “The end of spring is the perfect opportunity to reintroduce the seasonal special menus, cocktails, and decor that our patrons love coming in to experience.”
