Redcliffe’s Mon Komo Hotel has unveiled its new dining and entertainment direction after undergoing a refurbishment to create a multi-purpose space that allows patrons to enjoy the best vantage points of the venue. The space offers an experience with views of Moreton Bay and a broad food and beverage offering.

The new look, Cabana Bar + Kitchen + Garden, celebrated by launching its Endless Summer campaign on 1 December in time for Christmas and the New Year.

The campaign will transition the coastal space into a summer locale, hosting cocktail experiences, fine dining and summer music. General Manager Amanda Melville said, “We’ve given old favourites a new twist, think frozen margarita popsicles and Christmas punches perfect for groups to enjoy while overlooking the turquoise waters of Moreton Bay. This is something truly unique to Redcliffe, we wanted to draw the essence of overseas trends and combine it with the native style we hold dear as Australians during this season.”

The venues new garden element serves up a summer soiree with a twist during the campaign. Prior to the launch Ms Melville said Endless Summer will transition the destination into an all-time favourite of summer and beyond. “There is something on every night of the week, whether it be a daily food special by third generation chef or live music by the sea, Cabana Bar + Kitchen + Garden will have something for every taste.”

As part of Endless Summer, the authentic dining and lifestyle establishment will give guests the opportunity to win a Caribbean Cruise for two. To enter, guests spend $20 in one transaction until 1 February 2019.
