On Tuesday 9 July, Celine Damour and her partner and co-owner, Head Chef Peter Roelfes reopened the doors of Woolloongabba’s much-loved C’est Bon. The relaunch unveiled their most extensive renovation to date, boasting numerous options for diners including new menus, all day dining and a range of cosy and charming new spaces. Joining the highly recognised C’est Bon restaurant will be Le Bon Bar, serving breakfast, lunch and a bar and dinner bistro menu, a Garden Terrace with a rooftop lounge, and an architecturally designed cellar for intimate dining.
